Mental Health Counseling Monthly Subscription
Two 45 minute in-person or virtual counseling sessions each month included.  Designed to provide ongoing emotional support and personalized care.Â
Primary Care Montlhy Subcription
Availability: Unlimited office visits with same-day or next-day availability.
Longer length of visit: Extended appointments (15–45 minutes) for personalized care.
Convinience: patient and virtual visits.
Ancillary Discounts available: for labs, imaging, and prescription medications.
Household care: Custom monthly membership plans for families of up to 2 adults and 2 children under 18 years old available.
Aesthetic Care Monhtly Subscription
One monthly treatment from the following aesthetic services.
Skin care: A HydraFacial treatment, BioRePeel or Micro needling.
Injectables: Botox at $4 per unit, HA Facial Fillers $600 per syringe. One IV Therapy.
Lasers: One Clinical Laser Treatment for hair removal, tattoo removal, or skin rejuvenation.
